W. R. Berkley Corp., the Greenwich-based insurance holding company, has launched Berkley Prime Transportation, a new division focused on primary commercial transportation insurance products.
Jeanne R. Fenster was named president of the new division. She was previously senior vice president and global head of commercial auto and general liability at AIG. Earlier in her career she worked as vice president of commercial auto product and underwriting at The Hartford and as senior product manager for commercial auto at Progressive Insurance.
