Greenwich-based Riverside Pediatrics has become the first tenant to sign a lease at 23 Vitti St., a new 8,700-square-foot medical office building in New Canaan that is scheduled to open this summer.
Riverside Pediatrics will occupy a 3,000-square-foot space that covers approximately half of the two-story building”™s second floor. This will be the second Fairfield County office for Riverside Pediatrics, while the new building is the first medical office construction in New Canaan in more than two decades.
Newmark Knight Frank”™s Senior Managing Director Tim Rorick and Associate Jack McDermott represented the landlord, Cambridge Hanover and its partner Collins Enterprises LLC, while Managing Director Christian Bangert represented the tenant in the transaction.
