Pitney Bowes has announced a new partnership with Pirate Ship, a provider of free shipping software, that will incorporate Pitney Bowes”™ Pure Post service into the Pirate Ship product.
According to the Stamford-based Pitney Bowes, Pure Post service is designed for business clients and offers compliance, integration and label generation for USPS shipping, delivery and tracking services, as well as e-commerce logistics services. Pirate Ship markets its software to the small-business sector, and provides software import data on e-commerce orders, prints a USPS shipping label and automatically posts tracking information.
