For 40 years, passionate supporters have come together to advance the American Cancer Society’s vision: ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. Relay For Life celebrates survivors, honors caregivers, remembers loved ones lost, and raises funds to ensure that everyone has the chance to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Each event reflects its community’s unique spirit while embracing four signature traditions: Celebrating survivors – Honoring those who have faced cancer with courage and resilience. Recognizing caregivers – Acknowledging the strength and support of those who stand by their loved ones. Lighting the way – Remembering those we’ve lost through the moving luminaria ceremony.
