You’ll learn the essentials of working with chocolate, including tempering and making ganache, while enjoying a relaxed, social atmosphere. Guests will dip strawberries, roll and customize 6 to 8 ganache truffles with unique flavors like matcha, cocoa, sea salt, and chili pepper. We’ll finish with creative techniques and tips you can try at home.
