DESCRIPTION: The Yale Eye Center will host its Eighth Annual Benefit Breakfast on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM at The Italian Center of Stamford. Attendees can support the center\'s mission by purchasing individual seats for $150 or tables of eight for $1,000. This year’s event will honor Rick Robustelli, a lifelong native of Stamford, with the prestigious 2025 Person of Vision Award. “The Breakfast to Benefit the Yale Eye Center is honored to recognize Rick Robustelli for his shared vision and commitment to helping others see more clearly,” said Ron Salvatore Co- Chairman of the Yale Eye Center Advisory Board. “Rick has demonstrated exceptional compassion and leadership through his deep community involvement — from supporting numerous nonprofit initiatives and serving on local boards to mentoring future leaders as Executive-in-Residence at Sacred Heart University. We are proud to honor him as this year’s Person of Vision.”   About Rick Robustelli Rick Robustelli, a lifelong Stamford native and son of Andrew and Jean Robustelli, has built a distinguished career in business and community service. A former All-American quarterback at Stamford Catholic High School and football scholarship recipient at the University of Connecticut, Rick went on to lead Robustelli Corporate Services, guiding its growth over 34 years before its acquisition by Hogg Robinson Group, where he served as Senior Vice President. Since 2016, he has shared his leadership expertise as Executive-in-Residence at Sacred Heart University’s Welch College of Business and Technology. Deeply committed to youth and community causes, Rick has served on numerous boards, including the Mickey Lione Jr. Foundation and Raise the Bar Foundation, and was honored as Stamford’s Citizen of the Year in 2006.
