In addition to her HR and consulting experience she previously served as Adjunct Professor of HR, for 9+ years. She is currently a CHRO, Workshop Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, Board Member, and volunteers her time to help junior HR professionals. Her passion is delivering leadership development presentations to business leaders while also inspiring alignment of people practices to business priorities and keeping the employee experience as a key focus.
