Seven employees at Westchester Medical Center and Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, both members of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, were the first to graduate from a workforce development program made possible through a $100,000 grant from the KeyBank Foundation. The School at Work program is designed to help employees move up the career ladder in the health care field.

The graduation was attended by the students’ family, friends and co-workers. The graduates plan to pursue careers as social workers, ultrasound technicians, information technology and human resources staff, surgical technicians and registered nurses.
