Lighthouse Enterprises LLC, a Westchester developer of apartment buildings, has sold Apuovia, a 30-unit rental residence at 68 Lake St. in White Plains, for $11.5 million to a Bronx-based company, 331 Central Ave. LLC.

Developer David Mann, who six years ago founded Lighthouse Enterprises in White Plains, built Apuovia, a modular construction, and opened it in 2013 on the former site of Mazur Brothers Furniture Store. Mann in 2012 paid $700,000 for the razed Lake Street parcel, whose owners were embroiled in a legal dispute with New York state over the state’s taking of Mazur Brothers properties during the Interstate 287 construction project.
