The Orange County Partnership, an economic development agency based in Goshen, will host its invitation-only 2017 Commercial Real Estate Summit on May 10 at Atlantic Aviation at Stewart International Airport.
A continental breakfast will be held at 8:30 a.m. followed by a commercial market forecast. Drone and virtual reality property tours will highlight properties Orange County has to offer.
Howard Zemsky, president, CEO and commissioner of Empire State Development, will deliver the keynote speech on the state economy, business investment and job creation, and the diverse, local economies across New York State. The event will also feature a lunch and networking session, along with a tour of the airport’s commercial properties and aerial tours by jet and helicopter of available properties adjacent to the airport.
“We are always enthusiastic about our biannual event as it gives us the opportunity to showcase our inventory of shovel ready parcels and commercial land and real estate holdings,” said Maureen Halahan, president and CEO of the Orange County Partnership stated. “It is also a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with commercial brokers, developers and site selectors from the surrounding states.”
