Fast-casual chain Chopt Creative Salad Co. will open its newest Westchester location in Scarsdale this week.
The restaurant at 1180 Wilmot Road marks the company’s fourth eatery in Westchester, following its other locations in Rye Brook, Dobbs Ferry and Mount Kisco.
“We’re so excited to continue our expansion in the Westchester area,” said Colin McCabe, co-founder of New York City-based Chopt, adding that the company is “thrilled to partner with the active, health-conscious community of Scarsdale.”
Chopt, which primarily serves salads and wraps, will be open Sundays through Thursdays 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The 68-seat restaurant includes communal dining areas, a “Little Choprs Corner” for children and a 28-seat outdoor patio.
The restaurant will host “Chopt Gives Day” on April 27, where customers will receive a complimentary salad with their donation to the Sunrise Day Camp, a camp for children who suffer from cancer, and Sunday Funday, a JCC of Mid-Westchester program.
