Newbauer Realty, a second-generation family-owned residential real estate brokerage in Thornwood, has merged with ERA Insite Realty Services, based in White Plains.

In the latest merger, Betty Newbauer, founding broker and principal at Newbauer Realty, will stay on as an associate broker and the Newbauer office at 635 Commerce St. in Thornwood will operate as ERA Insite Realty Services, Newbauer Realty Division. Founded in the Bronx, the independent Newbauer agency has operated for 35 years in Thornwood.
Also joining ERA Insite in the merger are Betty Ann Newbauer, Debra McCormick, Donna Wartham Petretti, Eileen Motko, Jane Ciociola, Joanne Spinelli, Lilibeth Panizales, Maria Galli, Patricia Ricciuti and Theresa Alvarez.
“This is a great opportunity for us to strengthen our footprint in the Mount Pleasant market where we are already serving clients, and to add some key talent to our agent team,” Budetti said in a press release.
