Boston-based Shreve, Crump & Low, a jeweler that dates to the 18th century, has taken space on Greenwich Avenue.
Pam Bren Goldschmidt, partner at Scarsdale, N.Y.-based Goldschmidt & Associates, announced her company has co-brokered the leasing of 4,800 square feet at 125 Greenwich Ave., at the intersection of Lewis Street in Greenwich.
Shreve, Crump & Low opened in 1796 in Boston. It is known for jewelry, timepieces, tableware and antiques. It joins a number of retailers in jewelry and high-end design elements on the street, including mainstays Tiffany, Manfredi and Betteridge.
Shreve, Crump & Low is on Newbury Street in Boston with a second store at The Mall of Chestnut Ridge in the Chestnut Hill section of the city.
Goldschmidt and Carl Austin, of Port Chester, N.Y.-based Austin Corp. Properties Inc., represented the tenant. Tom Torelli, of Greenwich-based Allied Property Group, represented the landlord.
