The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be opening a Disaster Recovery Center at the Westchester County Center on Central Avenue in White Plains today at 3 p.m., according to Norman Rosenblum, the mayor of the Village of Mamaroneck.

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino will officially open the site. The County Center is located at 198 Central Ave., White Plains. He will be joined by officials from FEMA, county commissioners and non-for-profit representatives. At Astorino’s request, Kevin Burke, chairman and CEO of Con Edison, also will be there.
