Xerox Corp. and Pitney Bowes Inc. both won spots on the “50 Out Front” list published by Diversity MBA Magazine of best employers for minority MBA graduates to work.
Norwalk-based Xerox ranked 16th and Stamford-based Pitney Bowes 26th on the list.
Pitney Bowes created a diversity task force in 1993 and in 2007 formed an international diversity and inclusion council to raise awareness and to educate employees about the importance of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Also on the list were Newark, N.J.-based Prudential and New York City-based Deloitte Inc., which both number among Fairfield County”™s larger employers with offices in Shelton and Wilton, respectively.
The 50 Out Front list was topped by Kaiser Permanente, McDonalds Corp. and Accenture.
