LCP Construction Management, headquartered in Milford, and its co-owners, Lucas Papageorge and Matt Cronin, will be featured on an upcoming episode of A&E Television Network”™s show “Flip This House.”
Papageorge and Cronin are both lifelong residents of Fairfield and graduates of Fairfield High School.
“It was a pretty neat experience,” said Cronin. “With the word that the show”™s coming out, it”™s gone very well for us. We do investment properties on our own and with just people knowing about the show it has boosted our business.”
The shows are scheduled to air on May 17 and June 28.
The hour-long episodes will follow the purchases and complete renovations of two tear-down properties in West Haven into profit-making investments.
Papageorge and Cronin”™s team of professionals was chosen from a large pool of area contractors to manage both projects, and they were able successfully to complete the restorations in the two weeks they were allotted for each project.
According to Cronin, it was a credit to be considered good enough to be filmed behind-the-scenes and to be shown as examples of what is involved in flipping houses in this region.
The contractors also teach a course called “Who Wants to Flip a House,” which is available through the Fairfield Continuing Education program.
