Cartus Corp. is cutting 50 employees at its Danbury headquarters, along with 20 more at other locations.
Among the largest employers in Fairfield County with 1,800 workers in Danbury, Cartus helps companies manage relocations of personnel, including arranging home sales, moving schedules and scouting new towns in which to live.
In the second quarter, Cartus had $124 million in revenue, down from $129 million over the same period a year earlier.
The company is a subsidiary of Realogy Corp. of Parsippany, N.J., which also owns the Coldwell Banker residential real estate agency that has its local headquarters in Danbury.
