Catania’s Pizza in Yonkers sues Mohegan Lake competitor over use of name

“Catania’s Pizza is a business name of distinctive quality,” the Yonkers restaurant says in a complaint filed Nov. 4 in Westchester Supreme Court, and Santino’s use of the name “continues to cause actual confusion to the general public, causing irreparable harm.”
