Xerox Corp. has introduced a trio of wireless printers designed for small businesses and home offices.

The Xerox B210 printer and the B205 and B215 multifunction printers feature high-speed wireless connectivity, along with WiFi Direct technology and mobile print functionality with Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria and Android support. The B215 features a 3.5-inch touchscreen. The new products have print speeds of up to 31 ppm and deliver high-resolution 1200 x 1200 dpi enhanced-image quality.

The printers will be available in the U.S., Canada and Latin America on Aug. 6 and are currently on the market in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Separately, Xerox reported that it received all required regulatory approvals for its proposed holding company reorganization, which the company expects to close on July 31. As part of the holding company reorganization, existing shares of Xerox common stock will be automatically converted, on a one-for-one basis, into shares of common stock of Xerox Holdings Corp., the new holding company. Xerox stated the common stock of Xerox Holdings Corp. will be trading on the New York Stock Exchange under Xerox’s current trading symbol “XRX” on Aug. 1.
