Douglas Elliman named marketing and sales agent for Mamaroneck’s Philips Harbor

Philips Harbor MamaroneckDouglas Elliman Real Estate has been appointed as the exclusive marketing and sales agent for Philips Harbor in Mamaroneck.

Nancy Strong and Stacey Oestreich from Elliman’s Armonk office will work with their New York City-based colleagues Shaun Anders and Christopher Austad on the sales for the luxury development project, where pricing on the remaining five homes range from $1.6 million to just under $2 million.

Located on West Boston Post Road, Philips Harbor encompasses seven luxury townhomes with views of the Mamaroneck Harbor Island Park and the Long Island Sound. Each residence includes private elevators, open floor plans with three bedrooms and three and one-half baths and a two-car garage.
