Westport mixed-use property sells for $4.16 million

Blackshaw Hunchar LLC has acquired the mixed-use property consisting of three buildings at 1835 Post Road East in Westport for $4.16 million. The deal is the third recent acquisition by Avison Young’s

Fairfield/Westchester office on behalf of Blackshaw, which appointed Avison property manager for the 10,713-square-foot property. Blackshaw was represented by Avison Young Principal and Managing Director Sean Cahill, Alison Luisi of the firm’s Capital Markets Group, and Ted Stratigos from its Long Island office. The seller was Green Farm Associates LLC, represented in-house by Gary Bellard.

Built in 2001, the properties were completely occupied at the time of the closing, with tenants including Walpole Woodworkers, Fjord Fisheries and Shoreline Pharmacy. The 0.63-acre plot includes 34 parking spaces and is near Shake Shack, Stop and Shop, and HomeGoods, as well as Exit 19 of Interstate 95.
