White Plains-based InspiriaMedia Group aquires Gibbons Digital

In an effort to boost its digital operations, InspiriaMedia Group, a marketing firm based in White Plains, has acquired Gibbons Digital, a Bronxville social media management firm.

The move will allow InspiriaMedia to offer a “complete line of digital marketing solutions” along with its portfolio in creative services, inbound marketing and outdoor advertising, it said in a press release announcing the acquisition.

InspiriaMedia is an Inc. 5000 firm, meaning it is among the fastest-growing companies in the country, as ranked by Inc. magazine.

Gibbons Digital, founded in Manhattan in 2007, has been in Bronxville since 2012. The firm specializes in operating social media for small and medium-size businesses in the tristate area.

Bridget Gibbons, CEO and founder of Gibbons Digital, will assume the role of director of digital and inbound marketing for InspiriaMedia. She will be responsible for InspiriaMedia’s digital and inbound marketing clients, according to the release.

“Having seen the work Bridget has done in the New York metro area business community over the past few years, we are confident that her experience will help further the InspiriaMedia brand for years to come and enable us to deliver even better service to our clients,” said Ronnie Ram, president and CEO InspiriaMedia.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
