Pyramid Real Estate Group has been named the receiver for 1.89 acres of property between Church Street and Sherwood Place in Greenwich. Owned by Greenwich’s Sherwood Church LLC, the real estate includes four commercial buildings consisting of 25,903 square feet, including a restaurant and medical office, as well as six single and multi-family homes with a total of 11 apartments.
The package of properties joins a multi-family building in Greenwich and a two-family house in Stamford for which Stamford-based Pyramid is the receiver. As a receiver, Pyramid’s responsibilities include collecting rents, paying bills, overseeing deferred maintenance, filling vacancies and managing financial reporting.
The commercial space is fully leased while only one residential unit is unoccupied with a lease pending, according to Russell Munz, Pyramid co-owner and president.
