Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has been named exclusive leasing agent at 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains, the commercial real estate firm announced on Wednesday.

The landlord, New Jersey-based Onyx Equities, LLC, has invested more than $5 million in interior and exterior renovations to the 325,600-square-foot, Class A office complex, which includes three five-story interconnected glass-and-steel buildings on a 25-acre campus, Onyx acquired the former Parker Corporate Center property in 2014 in partnership with Siguler Guff & Co. LP after the previous owner defaulted on a $52 million mortgage loan.

John Saraceno, co-founder and managing principal of Onyx Equities, said the joint-venture partners have leased more than 35,000 square feet of space since taking ownership.

Glenn Walsh, executive managing director in Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Rye Brook office, along with senior managing director Larry Ruggieri and associate Ross Armstrong, will handle leasing for Onyx.

The Westchester/Connecticut office of CBRE Group Inc. had the agency assignment at 1311 Mamaroneck in 2015.
