Westrock Development LLC in Yonkers recently paid $1.3 million to acquire a 17,575-square-foot industrial building at 97 N. Water St. in Ossining, according to Friedland Realty Advisors in Harrison. The deal was brokered by Andy Grossman of Friedland’s industrial division.

Following the sale, Clear Cast Technologies Inc. renewed its lease for the entire space as a cold storage facility. Grossman and former Friedland Realty broker Steve Couture represented both the landlord and tenant in the deal.

Robert Friedland, president and CEO of Friedland Realty, also is a co-founder of Westrock Development, his family’s real estate investment company.

In Yonkers, Lubin Flowers LLC leased 145 Saw Mill Road, a 3,450-square-foot property, to Smart Move Moving and Storage. Friedland Realty’s Tony Lembeck and Elias Everett represented both the landlord and tenant in the short-term lease.
