KlaffsDuring February, the gallery-style kitchen showrooms at Klaff’s Norwalk and Danbury will feature Fairfield County chefs in a series of cooking demonstrations.

Every Saturday afternoon from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., local chefs will set up shop in one of Klaff’s kitchens to prepare food samplings for attendees.

Kicking off the month, Chef Carlos Hernandez of the new Spanish eatery Tinto Bar & Tapas will appear at Klaff’s Norwalk and Chefs Wirt and Karn Cook of the the recently renovated tavern-style Redding Roadhouse will appear at Klaff’s Danbury.
