Greenwich Riverview L.L.C., based in Pleasantville, N.Y., purchased a seven-building portfolio comprising 25 apartment units in Greenwich for $4.75 million, Northeast Private Client Group announced Dec. 17.

Edward Jordan, managing director of Northeast Private Client Group, represented both the buyer and the seller, a Greenwich family that was not identified. The deal closed Dec. 10.

Jordan said demand for mid-market apartment properties in lower Fairfield County “remains strong.”

“Greenwich in particular, given its historically high occupancy, strong rents and its generally robust economic base, boasts an intrinsic value,” Jordan said in a press release. Northeast Private Client Group has offices in Bridgeport and White Plains, N.Y., among others.
